" Wow Ziara she is a blessing. I had a goal of having a birth with no epidural. I wasn't very confident when I first started working with Ziara but she helped  me gain confidence. Ziara helped me believe in myself and stand up for myself. I learned so much about my body and my rights. Ziara helped me not just have a successful birth with no epidural. She helped me find natural ways to build my oldest son's immune system who has a rare disease. He is now off all pharmaceutical medicine. She helped me find a way to treat my seizures without Pharmaceutical medicine as well. My over all health and life is better now that I have Ziara in my life. She is committed dedicated and passionate. Ziara works hard and if she doesn't have the answers she will find them. Ziara helped me learn how  to progress my labor naturally. She also helped me birth in new positions to keep my birth moving. Ziara kept my spirts up when I wanted to give in. She gave me words of encouragement to push me threw. I love Ziara she is a true blessing! "

" I was almost ready to give up on finding a birth attendant when I was guided to Ziara. I was a single mama planning a free birth and wanted someone there to help me with logistical things (offering water, cleaning up, etc.) but was firm that I didn't want anyone bringing any fear into my birth space. " Ziara is the doula I didn't know I truly needed till she came in the delivery room. This was my 4th baby and it has been 8 years since my 3rd and it was the worse I was induced and had complications but ziara was there reminding me of all of my options also reminding me that ultimately every choice was mine.things the doctor said to me that I didn't understand she broke down to me. She was there holding my hand giving me water etc. Although my husband was there to support me it was nothing like having ziara there with her kind soothing vibes and words. After delivery she has help me organize my home and help with things I couldn't get done with having a new baby around and she's wonderful with my other children.  My only regret is not meeting her sooner for my previous deliveries.she is a Blessing! O and also she helped me work out a birthing plan on paper before I was induced to give to doctors so in my painful state the doctors knew my do and don't I felt confident going in for the first time. As I said before she is a Blessing! "

" Let me give y’all the tea this morning!!

The tea is that I was struggling for the last five years after having my tubes tied after having my last son. I struggled with hormone balance having periods every three weeks my flow was beyond heavy for 7+ days. This was not only an inconvenience for the life that I like to live which is active. It was also inconvenient because of the cost that are associated with having your menstrual every three weeks. I reached out to my friend fellow doula and practicing mid-wife, she was able to make a special blend of herbs for me to make into a tea that I would drink initially just  in the morning and I wasn’t necessarily seeing the results but then I would make a pot of the tea and sip on it throughout the day along with some lemon and raw honey. This tea has been so amazing that I have become regular much more regular than what I was and that my periods are lighter and I only flow for three days!!!!! I don’t know what is in this amazing blend and I don’t know when she’s going to make her book but when she does let me tell you I’m gonna blow it up and I’m gonna be buying it for all of my friends that struggle with the same thing!
